Point Reyes National Seashore is located in Marin County in Northern California. We camped in Samuel P. Taylor State Park nearby and spent our days over at the National Seashore. Although it rained most of the time we were there, we enjoyed the trip. The highlight of the trip for us was watching gray whales pass by the Point Reyes Lighthouse. We saw them spouting and once we saw a tail in the air. Also at Point Reyes we saw herds of elk, deer, a fox, and many birds.
